Overview
The BAF1400 vacuum atmosphere furnace is an atmosphere box furnace that uses silicon carbon rods as heating elements, a double-layer shell structure, and a 30 stage program-controlled temperature control system. It is triggered by phase-shifting and controlled by thyristors. The furnace is made of alumina polycrystalline fiber material, and there is an air cooling system between the double-layer shells, which can quickly raise and lower the temperature. The shell is sealed as a whole, the cover plate is sealed with silicone mud, and the furnace door is lined with silicone pads and equipped with a water cooling system
