Vacuum adsorption fanDaily maintenance methods:
1. The usage environment should be kept clean regularly, the surface of the product should be kept clean, there should be no debris in the air inlet and outlet, and dust and other debris in the fan and pipeline should be removed regularly.
2. If abnormal noise, severe heating, shell electrification, switch tripping, and inability to start are found during the operation of the fan, it should be stopped immediately for inspection. To ensure safety, maintenance is not allowed during operation. After maintenance, a trial run should be conducted for about five minutes to confirm that there are no abnormal phenomena before starting the machine.
3. It can only operate under normal conditions, and at the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the power supply facilities have sufficient capacity and stable voltage. It is strictly prohibited to operate without phase. The power supply line must be a line and temporary lines should not be used for long-term power supply.
4. It should be stored in a dry environment to prevent the motor from getting damp. When stored outdoors, defensive measures should be taken. During storage and handling, the fan should be protected from collision to prevent damage.
When the maintenance personnel stop running the fan, they should wipe it with a semi wet cloth to reduce its heat appropriately. When wiping, be sure not to let the cloth get wet, otherwise it is easy for water stains to enter the internal components of the fan, causing rusting of the parts, or take auxiliary cooling measures to maintain the specified applicable ambient temperature.
