The system consists of a host, a hydrogen oxygen machine, a molecular pump unit, quartz tubes, and tube fittings. Standardized customized quartz tubes and columns ensure precise matching with specially designed tube fittings, thereby further improving the sealing performance of quartz tubes and achieving higher standards of vacuum sealing.
Using magnetic fluid rotary sealing technology, automatic rotation reduces operational risks while ensuringQuartz tubes are heated evenly and have better sealing effects.
Configuring anti backflow devices can prevent small dust or sample particles from entering the vacuum pump, extending the service life of the system.
Electrolyzing water produces hydrogen and oxygen, which is urgently needed, with less gas storage, lower pressure, and better safety than pipeline and bottled gas. The main consumables are a small amount of pure water, which is low-cost. The flame temperature generated after combustion is high, which can seal quartz tubes with thicker walls
