Used for research and testing of many products such as paint, ink, varnish, cosmetics, adhesives, etc. The coating samples are uniform and the thickness is precise and controllable. The automatic coating process ensures constant speed without tooth patterns, and there are multiple types of beds and coating machines to choose from to meet various needs.

The Engel 4340 series electric coating machine can be flexibly tested using a standard coating machine (film image) or a spiral rod coating machine by combining accessories.

Each bench bed is carefully designed to have a very high flatness (five times higher than glass flatness) and can be offered in multiple variations to meet your specific testing requirements.

²Coating: 4 μ m~500 μ m, can be set as a uniform or wedge-shaped film layer

²Coating accuracy: 2.3 μ m (measured at 100mm length)

²Lateral speed adjustable in 11 levels, ranging from 0.5 to 10cm/s
