I. Overview

In order to meet the needs of on-site maintenance of various high and low voltage oil carrying equipment in the power maintenance department, the national standard DL/T521-93 vacuum purification oil filter usage guide is strictly followed. The design has the characteristics of small volume, light proportion and weight, easy movement, low noise, long continuous working time, stable performance, and easy operation. It is an ideal equipment for filtering water, gas, and impurities in various power plants, power stations, substations, electrical manufacturers, industrial and mining enterprises' oil such as transformer oil, turbine oil, engine oil, hydraulic oil, etc.

2、 Main purpose

1、LYJ-100Vacuum oil filterIt can be used for various oil immersed transformers, oil immersed current transformers, voltage transformers, and low oil relays for on-site oil filtration, vacuum pumping, and oil replenishment.

2. The machine can be used for on-site hot oil circulation drying of the above equipment, especially for oil immersed current, voltage transformers, and low oil circuit breakers, which are more effective in hot oil circulation drying.

3. This machine can be used for on-site vacuum oil injection and replenishment of sealed oil immersed equipment, as well as equipment vacuum pumping.

4. The machine can also be used to regenerate and purify mildly deteriorated transformer oil, making its performance meet the qualified oil standards.

3、 Main features

Compared with similar domestic products, the machine has the following characteristics:

1. Small in size and light in weight, it is half of the total amount of similar products;

2. Improved the design of oil and gas separation. By utilizing vacuum fuel injection, a tubular rotating injector was installed to reduce resistance, increase swirling speed, and enhance the effectiveness of oil and gas separation;

3. According to the user's needs, the filtering medium of the oil purifier is a specific fine filter element as the filtering medium. The specially designed fine filter element is a tubular filter element made of non-toxic and odorless polypropylene through hot melting, spraying, traction, and receiving molding;

4. One machine has multiple capabilities, which is the characteristic of this machine. Due to the on-site use of the machine and the use of the original oil carrying equipment as a storage tank, the hot oil is circulated between the machine and the equipment. This allows for the simultaneous operation of oil filtration, regeneration, and hot oil circulation drying, saving labor, time, and truly achieving three benefits at once.


4、 Working principle

Vacuum oil filterIt is designed based on the different boiling points of water and oil, and consists of a vacuum heating tank, a fine filter, a condenser, a coarse filter, a water tank, a vacuum pump, an oil discharge pump, and an electrical control cabinet. The vacuum pump extracts the air inside the vacuum tank to form a vacuum. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the external oil enters the coarse filter through the inlet pipeline to eliminate larger particles, and then enters the heating tube. The oil heated to 40-75 ℃ passes through the automatic oil float valve, which automatically controls the balance of oil entering and exiting the vacuum tube. The heated oil is rapidly rotated by the spray wings, separating the oil into a semi mist. The water in the oil evaporates rapidly into water vapor and is continuously sucked into the condenser by the vacuum pump. The water vapor in the condenser is cooled and then returned to liquid water before being released. The oil in the vacuum heating tank is discharged into the fine filter by the oil discharge pump and filtered out of particulate impurities through the filter element, thus completing the processVacuum oil filterThe entire process of quickly removing impurities, moisture, and gases from the oil, allowing clean oil to be discharged from the oil outlet outside the machine.


5、 Instructions for use

Connect the inlet and outlet oil pipelines, connect the three-phase four wire power supply according to the total power of the machine, and ensure that the vacuum pump and oil pump rotate in the same direction as indicated by the arrow. Connect the safety ground wire and check whether each circuit is reliable. Are all oil circuit valves open? The electric vacuum pump, inlet pump, and outlet pump should have no jamming or eccentricity. Models with condensers can inject tap water into the water storage room through the drain valve, and only operate the program after preparation is correct. Start the vacuum pump first, and when the vacuum surface reaches a negative pressure of 0.08MPa At that time, the oil inlet valve can be opened to enter the oil until the oil in the vacuum tank reaches the center line position of the oil gauge (remember to suck the oil into the vacuum pump, otherwise the equipment cannot operate normally. If the oil is accidentally sucked into the vacuum pump, the oil should be released from the vacuum pump in a timely manner and appropriate vacuum oil should be added). Then, the oil discharge pump switch can be started to filter impurities in the oil and circulate the oil circuit normally. During normal operation, observe the oil gauge pipe to adjust the oil inlet valve, maintain the balance of inlet and outlet oil, turn on the heater switch, and set the heating temperature according to the vacuum degree and water saturation curve to heat the oil and evaporate the water in the oil. If there is too much water in the oil, the oil foam in the vacuum cylinder will increase. At this time, the air release valve must be opened to control the adaptation. After the water content decreases and the oil level drops, close the vent valve to reach the maximum vacuum level. At this time, attention should be paid to the reaction of each oil gauge. If the reading on the pressure gauge is greater than 0.4 MPa, it indicates that there are too many impurities adsorbed on the surface of the filter element in the fine filter, which needs to be cleaned. After the work is completed, stop the heating system for 3 minutes before stopping the vacuum pump and oil inlet pump, close the oil inlet valve, wait for the remaining oil to be pumped out, stop the oil discharge pump, open the air release valve to achieve normal atmospheric pressure, and discharge the oil in the cylinder. The remaining oil is discharged from the oil release valve to prevent mixing with different types of oil in the next use, and then close the air switch.
