This equipment is mainly used by colleges, universities, research institutions, etc. to perform pressure heating sintering treatment on metal compounds, ceramics, inorganic compounds, nanomaterials, etc. under vacuum or protective atmosphere conditions, in order to obtain high-density products, such as producing high-precision silicon nitride ceramic bearings.


Product Features:

The furnace cover adopts a double-layer stainless steel (SUS304) water jacket head structure, which is welded together with the flange to form a whole. The inner wall is precision polished, and the outer wall is sandblasted and passivated. The furnace cover is equipped with cooling water inlet and outlet, upper pressure head mounting seat, pressure sensor connection, automatic inflation and deflation connection, etc.

High quality high-purity graphite is used as the heating element for heating, arranged in a circular pattern to ensure the stability of the temperature field. The high-purity graphite has high purity and no volatilization, effectively ensuring the cleanliness of the furnace chamber. The insulation material adopts graphite fiber carbon felt, which has good insulation effect and impact resistance. The entire heat shield is fixed with a metal frame for easy installation and maintenance.

The electrical control system can implement automatic temperature control, and PID has self-tuning function.

The vacuum and atmosphere system is the core configuration, consisting of mechanical pumps, diffusion pumps, or molecular pumps. The cold state ultimate vacuum degree can reach 4 × 10 ⁻³~6 × 10 ⁻⁴ Pa, and the pressure rise rate is ≤ 0.26Pa/h. It also supports the filling of protective gases such as Ar, N ₂, H ₂, etc., and is suitable for different material processing needs. The pressure system is driven by hydraulic pressure and can achieve one-way or two-way pressurization. The pressure range is adjustable from 30T to 2000T, and the accuracy of the pressure head plane is ± 5 μ m. The pressure control accuracy is ≤± 0.5%. It is equipped with a grating ruler displacement monitoring and real-time feedback of the pressure head stroke, with an accuracy of up to 0.05mm.

The control system adopts PLC and PID algorithms to achieve closed-loop precise control of temperature, pressure, and vacuum degree, with temperature uniformity of ± 5 ℃. It supports process parameter programming and storage, real-time curve display, and data tracing. At the same time, it is equipped with over temperature, water cut-off, over pressure sound and light alarms and emergency stop devices, quandirectionEnsure the safety of homework. The cooling system adopts an external circulation design with a pressure of 2-10 bar, which can achieve rapid cooling of the workpiece, improve processing efficiency, and avoid thermal stress cracking.

The working principle is clear and easy to understand, and the process is highly automated. Firstly, the gas inside the furnace is evacuated through a vacuum system to create a clean processing environment; Subsequently, the heating system heats up according to the preset program to enhance the atomic activity of the material; After reaching the set temperature, the hydraulic system applies a constant pressure to promote the rearrangement of material particles, plastic flow, eliminate internal pores, and achieve densification; After the insulation and pressure maintenance are completed, the temperature is slowly lowered through the cooling system, and the finished product is taken out after pressure relief, without the need for manual intervention throughout the process.
