Product Features:

The furnace door adopts a double-layer structure with water cooling, welded together with the flange as a whole, made of SUS304 material, with precision polished inner surface and sandblasted outer surface. The furnace door is equipped with cooling water inlet and outlet, observation window, etc. The connection between the furnace door and the furnace body adopts a special hinge, which is welded and processed from steel plates, making it easy to open the furnace door.

High purity graphite is used as the heating element for heating, arranged in a square shape around the perimeter to ensure the stability of the temperature field. High purity graphite has high purity and no volatilization, effectively ensuring the cleanliness of the furnace chamber.

The electrical control system can implement automatic temperature control, and PID has self-tuning function.
