Product application:

This equipment is a specialized device for the preparation of silicon oxide by vacuum evaporation. The reaction chamber is heated by molybdenum wire resistance, and the collection area is a metal cylinder structure. The effective evaporation area is not less than 15L.


Product Features:

The equipment furnace body is equipped with a vacuum pre extraction port and a low extraction speed extraction port, which is beneficial for preventing powder sintering from being easily extracted; The heating element is made of high-purity molybdenum wire and corundum components, placed in the reaction zone, and the heat radiates to the crucible to heat the product, ensuring the temperature uniformity and heating efficiency of the effective heating zone;
