Introduction to vacuum disperser
Structural characteristics of vacuum disperser:
1. Structure of single arm hydraulic shaft lifting system.
2. Carefully designed mixing and dispersing structure ensures even mixing without any dead corners.
3. Vacuum degassing, no bacterial contamination.
4. According to the process requirements, power distribution heating, steam heating, and water cooling devices can be used.
5. The parts of the vacuum disperser in contact with the material are all made of stainless steel material.
6. The particle size of the dispersed material is 1-2 μ m.
7. The specifications of the vacuum disperser can be designed and manufactured according to customer requirements.
8. The vacuum system is equipped with a vacuum pump, which draws vacuum from the top cover.
9. The inner rapid mixing shaft is a toothed mixing blade, equipped with an independent motor and a frequency converter to control the speed. The operating speed is 0-1500rpm.
The middle stainless steel mixing shaft is a butterfly shaped blade with scraper blades, and the motor is equipped with a 1:30 reducer and a frequency converter to control the speed. The operating speed is 0-200rpm.
