Overview
The BAF1700 vacuum atmosphere furnace is a box type furnace with 1800 type silicon molybdenum rods as heating elements. It adopts a double-layer shell structure and a 30 stage program temperature control system, with phase-shifting triggering and controllable silicon control. The furnace chamber is made of 1800 type alumina polycrystalline fiber material, and the double-layer furnace shell is equipped with an air cooling system for rapid temperature rise and fall. The shell is sealed as a whole, the cover plate is sealed with silicone mud, the furnace door is sealed with silicone pads, and there is a water cooling system in place
