Easy to use, high measurement accuracy. The system adopts a new integrated structure design with excellent workmanship, which can monitor dust particles and make announcements and trend analysis. According to user needs, the data can be displayed on a paper platform or screen simultaneously.


The dust monitoring module adopts a laser light source, which improves the response speed and ensures that the conversion coefficient of mass concentration is not affected by the color of particulate matter, ensuring the accuracy of measurement data. Equipped with optical standard dispersion board to ensure high stability of the instrument. The instrument is designed with replaceable particle cutters, which are compatible with various particle separation cutters such as PM10, PM5, PM2.5, and TSP. By using an online filter membrane sampler, continuous monitoring of dust concentration and compatibility with filter membrane sampling have been achieved. The composition of the collected particles can be analyzed to obtain the mass concentration conversion coefficient K value of the site. Designed a constant current controller to ensure a constant sampling flow rate and correct cutting curve. It has a special protective air curtain to avoid dust pollution to the core component of the instrument - the optical system, ensuring high reliability of the instrument. The automatic zero adjustment of the instrument is achieved through computer software, which improves the measurement accuracy of the instrument and facilitates user use.

Divided into two forms of wired and wireless stations, combined with software, it can achieve remote data transmission and real-time network monitoring. It has the characteristics of wide measurement range, long service life, and easy operation, and is a cost-effective basic environmental monitoring system.

This system software can work online or offline. When online, it can monitor the dust meter nodes on the RS485 bus to collect real-time data from any dust meter on the bus, upload historical records, draw curves, and other functions; Offline, it can query records, draw historical curves, calculate concentration values, and other functions.

Functional features:

3. Equipment failure log recording.

4. Manage 1 RS485 bus, supporting a total of 253 instrument addresses.

5. Automatic and manual control (dust reduction equipment) command output (optional).

6. Manage data collection, including real-time and historical data plotting, storage and querying, and printing.

7. Conversion of concentration values (input data, set K value, humidity, weather conditions determine concentration values).

8. Upload data according to the settings (communication protocol to be determined); (Upload all data that exceeds the limit (concentration values can be set).

9. Managing device nodes on the RS485 bus enables the center to configure device parameters; If there are more than 30 communication devices or the cumulative communication distance exceeds 500 meters, a relay station needs to be added.

10. Automatically receive data transmitted by the dust analyzer and display it in the display box. The data can also be visually displayed in the form of a curve graph.

11. Querying historical data, the query results are displayed in the display box, and the data can also be visually displayed in the form of a curve graph.
