An oil solution generator is a device specifically designed to generate oily aerosols or liquid dispersion systems. Its core functions include atomization of oily media, concentration control, and particle stability regulation. Using Laskin nozzle technology, the liquid is sprayed out of the nozzle through compressed gas. By utilizing the internal structure and fluid dynamics principles of the nozzle, the liquid is broken into tiny droplets during the spraying process, forming mist like PAO/DOP and other uniformly suspended oily polydisperse aerosol particles in the air. It can handle various oily solutions such as PAO, DOP, DEHS, paraffin oil, etc., to assist enterprises in conducting research and experiments on oily aerosols.
