UV aging test chamberIt is an environmental testing equipment that simulates comprehensive factors such as ultraviolet light, high temperature, and high humidity in natural environments. It is widely used in industries such as plastics, rubber, coatings, textiles, and electronic components to evaluate the weather resistance and aging of materials during long-term outdoor use.

The equipment adopts ultraviolet lamps, and through the accelerated aging test of the equipment, aging problems such as fading, cracking, powdering, and strength reduction of materials can be quickly exposed, providing scientific basis for material formula optimization, product quality testing, and service life evaluation.

Electrical control:

a、 The blackboard temperature and condensation temperature are both controlled by a controller;

b、 The rest mainly use electronic components, with irradiance uniformity of ≤ 4% (at the sample surface), and blackboard temperature monitoring: PT-100 blackboard temperature sensor is used to control the sample surface temperature during the testing process.

c、 Water tank temperature monitoring: During the cyclic testing process, there is a testing section that involves the dark condensation process, which requires the box to generate saturated water vapor at a relatively high temperature. When the water vapor encounters a relatively cold sample surface, it will condense dew on the sample surface.

d、 The test chamber is equipped with a time controller and a power-off memory function.

e、 Safety protection device:

Over temperature protection inside the box: When the temperature inside the box exceeds 93 ℃± 10%, the machine will automatically cut off the power supply to the lamp and heater, and enter a balanced cooling state.
