The equipment adopts a box type sealed structure design, equipped with ultraviolet lamp tubes, which can output ultraviolet light and replicate the erosion effect of ultraviolet rays on materials in sunlight. It has a built-in temperature and humidity control system and supports multiple aging mode switches such as condensation and spraying, meeting the testing needs of different materials.

The body is equipped with a touch control screen, which can preset multiple program curves and display real-time test data and operating status. The box is designed with a corrosion-resistant stainless steel inner liner and insulation layer.


Product Features:

The light source uses ultraviolet fluorescent lamps as the emitting light source.

There are UVA-340 and UVB-313 light sources for users to choose from and configure:

The emission spectrum of UVA-340 lamps is mainly concentrated at a wavelength of 340nm.

The emission spectrum of UVB-313 lamp mainly concentrates at the wavelength of 313nm.

Electrical control:

a、 The blackboard temperature and condensation temperature are both controlled by a controller.

b、 The rest mainly use electronic components, with irradiance uniformity of ≤ 4% (at the sample surface). Blackboard temperature monitoring: PT-100 blackboard temperature sensor is used to control the sample surface temperature during the testing process.

c、 Water tank temperature monitoring: During the cyclic testing process, there is a testing section that involves the dark condensation process, which requires the box to generate saturated water vapor at a relatively high temperature. When the water vapor encounters a relatively cold surface of the sample, it will condense dew on the surface of the sample. The water tank is located at the bottom of the box and is equipped with an electric heater.

d、 The test chamber is equipped with time control and power-off memory function.

e、 Safety protection device: low water level alarm in the sink to prevent dry burning of the heater.
