The U-shaped groove screw conveyor has been widely used in the building materials, metallurgy, chemical, machinery, light industry, grain and food industries. The U-shaped screw conveyor is suitable for conveying powdery, granular, and small block materials such as cement, fly ash, grains, fertilizers, mineral powder, sand, soda ash, etc. U-shaped screw conveyors are not suitable for conveying materials that are prone to deterioration, high viscosity, and clumping.
The working environment temperature of the groove type screw conveyor is usually -20~40 ℃, and the temperature of the conveyed material is generally -20~80 ℃. The U-shaped groove screw conveyor is suitable for horizontal and small inclination arrangement, and the inclination angle should not exceed 15 °. If the inclination angle is too large, please choose GX series tubular screw conveyor, or contact our technical department for separate design.

When disassembling the screw, the U-shaped screw conveyor does not need to move the driving device. When disassembling the suspension bearing, the screw does not need to be moved. The cover plate can lubricate the suspension bearing without disassembling. The whole machine has high reliability, long service life, and strong adaptability.
