The Shanghai Suhuo Transformer Oil (Insulation Oil) Analysis Special Gas Chromatography Instrument is a multifunctional gas chromatography instrument specifically designed for analyzing the dissolved gas content in insulation oil. The instrument adopts a dual column parallel, series thermal conductivity detector, methane conversion furnace, and dual hydrogen flame detector gas path process, and uses three signal simultaneous output technology to complete the full analysis of dissolved gas components such as H2, CO, CO2, CH4, C2H4, C2H6, C2H2 in insulation oil in one injection. It has the characteristics of * function, good separation effect, high sensitivity, good reproducibility, simple operation, low failure rate, and beautiful appearance, which can meet the needs of multi task detection and analysis of insulation oil. Performance characteristics:

1. The transformer gas chromatography analyzer (touch color screen) adopts * reverse control and high-precision temperature control, combined with optimized column temperature box and sampler design, providing an excellent chromatographic separation system with excellent performance

2. Automatic monitoring will be implemented for each heating zone, and the heating power will be automatically cut off when the heating zone exceeds the temperature limit.

3. It has a gas cut-off protection function. When the carrier gas pressure is below 0.1MPa, the instrument will automatically alarm and cut off the heating power supply and thermal bridge current.

4. It has parameter storage function. After the instrument is turned off, the next time it is turned on, simply turn on the main power switch of the instrument, and the instrument will automatically run in the state before the last shutdown, achieving the true "power on and use" function. Alternatively, when the power is restored after a power failure, the instrument will automatically return to the operating state before the power failure.

Transformer oil chromatography analyzerPreparation before installation:

1. Preparation before installation

(1) Studio and Workbench. There should be no flammable or explosive gases, electromagnetic fields, or electrical sparks around the studio, and the indoor air should be kept dry and well ventilated. The workbench should be level, stable, and free from strong vibrations.

(2) Power supply. The instrument uses a 220V, 50HZ AC power supply. The input line of the power supply should withstand a power greater than 2KW, and the power supply voltage should be stable. Otherwise, a voltage regulator of 3KW or more should be added, and the power junction box should have reliable contact.

(3) Ground wire. To ensure the performance of the instrument and personal safety, the instrument must be reliably connected to the earth. It is recommended to use copper mesh or copper plate to bury the grounding wire in wet soil below one meter deep. It is not allowed to use power neutral wire instead of grounding wire, and it is not allowed to connect it
