Maintenance and upkeep

After each use of the equipment, it is necessary to clean the inside and outside of the equipment.

2. Regular attention should be paid to anti-corrosion measures for the plating and coating of equipment to prevent corrosion. The outer surface of the equipment can be polished with car wax.

The electric motor needs to be regularly inspected and cleaned, and dust should not accumulate to avoid affecting the normal operation of the motor; If there is any special noise or abnormal surface temperature (temperature rise greater than 70 ℃) during the operation of the motor, it should be stopped immediately for inspection. If the bearing is damaged, it should be replaced in a timely manner; If the impeller falls off or becomes loose, it should be tightened; If the positioning fasteners of the motor become loose and cause displacement, they should be reset; If there is a lack of lubricating oil, calcium sodium based grease can be used for lubrication.
