The box body is electrostatically sprayed with plastic, the inner lining is made of brushed stainless steel, and the door is tightly sealed to effectively isolate internal temperature leaks. The body occupies a small area, has a large capacity, and doubles its performance. The insulation layer adopts insulation cotton with good insulation effect, and a refrigeration unit is added inside, which runs smoothly and has low noise. *The air supply circulation system avoids dead corners of airflow inside the box and improves the uniformity of product temperature and humidity. The heater is made of infrared stainless steel, rust and corrosion resistant, and has a series of advantages such as high precision in temperature and humidity control by the controller.

5、 Attention:

1. The maintenance box should be used in a ventilated, dry, flat, and non corrosive environment. During daily use, attention should be paid to maintaining the water level of the water tank to ensure normal use.

2. After the instrument is in place, it needs to be stationary for 24 hours before it can be powered on. The voltage should not be lower than 200V or higher than 240V. Unstable voltage can burn out the control instrument, and a regulated power supply must be used.

3. The compressor should not be started frequently. If there is a power outage or stop during refrigeration work, it must be restarted after a 5-minute interval to avoid damaging the compressor.

4. The equipment must not be inverted to avoid mixing of compressor lubricating oil and refrigerant, which may damage the refrigeration unit.

5. Do not tilt at a 45 degree angle during transportation.

6. The distance between adjacent walls or objects is greater than 60cm.

7. It should be installed in a place without direct sunlight.

8. It should be installed in a well ventilated area.

9. It should be installed in a place away from combustibles, explosives, and high-temperature heat sources.

10. Perform insulation testing before work to avoid the risk of electrical leakage.

11. The water added to the water tank is deionized water or purified water.
