Total nitrogen is one of the inorganic elements with the highest content in food. It is widely present in animal and plant tissues, soil, and water, and is a component of many organic compounds such as proteins, nucleic acids, fats, and carbohydrates. Therefore, measuring total nitrogen is of great significance for understanding the distribution of these organic compounds in food and their interrelationships.
Total nitrogen analyzerIt is an instrument used to measure the content of various nitrogen-containing substances (including ammonium salts) in food. Its working principle is to use the catalytic effect of ammonia to oxidize nitrite into nitrate and obtain the total amount of ammonia. Due to the existence of a certain reaction equilibrium constant k=4.5 between total amines and amino acids, the results obtained by this method are basically consistent with those obtained by spectrophotometry

Principle: Utilizing the catalytic effect of ammonia to oxidize nitrite into nitrate and obtain the total amount of ammonia.
Total nitrogen analyzerPerformance advantages:
1The design ensures that this product has a lower failure rate, less maintenance, lower reagent consumption, and higher cost-effectiveness and accuracy compared to similar products.
2. By using a photoelectric measuring tube system, the error caused by unstable flow rate of the peristaltic pump is overcome. A visual photoelectric quantitative device is added to accurately quantify the reagent by shading the liquid level. Therefore, this method overcomes the disadvantages of hose wear and reduced quantitative accuracy.
3. At the same time, accurate quantification of trace reagents has been achieved, greatly reducing the use of reagents.
4. Multi directional selection valve with flexible and diverse channels eliminates the need for expensive diaphragm solenoid valves, greatly reducing maintenance and costs. Although the anti-corrosion performance of diaphragm solenoid valves is high, they require high cleanliness of reagents. When the reagent is dirty, backflow often occurs, and this solenoid valve has a pump function that sucks in or discharges fluid as it opens and closes. Therefore, higher requirements are placed on the accuracy of analysis and sampling, especially when the dose is small, the error becomes more serious. Compared with the electromagnetic valves of water quality analyzers currently on the market, the selector valve has the advantages of small dead volume, high anti-corrosion performance, low failure rate, long service life, and easy maintenance and replacement.
5. The reagent injection adopts a peristaltic pump negative pressure suction method to ensure that the liquid does not come into contact with the pump tube. There is an air buffer zone between the reagent and the hose, and the reagent does not directly contact the hose. Therefore, the requirements for hoses are greatly reduced, eliminating the contamination of liquids and corrosion of pump tubes.
6. The analyzer adopts strictly controlled temperature conditions and temperature compensation technology to overcome the influence of temperature drift and ensure that the reaction conditions meet the requirements, even better than manual operation.
7. The reagent pipeline adopts imported fluorine material pipes, which reduces the probability of particle blockage in water samples.
