The operation steps are as follows:
Step 1: Open the reagent tube and use a sampler to take a water sample to the dotted line of the reagent tube.
Step 2: Tighten the reagent tube cap and shake well to dissolve the reagent.
Step 3: After dissolution, place the reagent tube on the test tube rack and wait for 4 minutes.
Step 4: Place the reagent tube in the blank of the color chart and visually compare it with the standard color scale. The color scale that matches the color tone of the solution in the tube is the COD content in water (mg/l).
