HALO KA H2O is a low-cost and powerful gas analyzer. Using Tiger Optics' time-based cavity ring down spectroscopy technology, the analyzer has stable performance, no drift, and fast response. You can analyze and verify moisture content as low as 100ppm stably, quickly, and accurately. You will find that our system is very easy to install, fast and convenient, requires minimal maintenance, and has built-in zero point verification function.


HALO KA H2O analyzer specializes in the analysis of water content in bulk gases and special gases, including germane hydrogen gas mixtures and other special mixtures in semiconductor manufacturing processes.


By combining HALO KA H2O with a HALO OK ppt level oxygen analyzer and analyzing and controlling two key pollutants, you will fully appreciate the many advantages of cavity ring down spectroscopy (CRDS) technology.

The HALO KA H2O, with its small size, low operating cost, and powerful functionality, can achieve:
