Our alignment discs and plates are made of fluorescent or liquid crystal materials and can be used for aligning ultraviolet (UV) to mid infrared (MIR) beams.
We provide alignment discs with fluorescent slow decay phosphorus material, available in uninstalled, SM05 (0.535 '-40) thread, SM1 (1.035' -40) thread, RMS (0.800 '-36) thread, SM2 (2.035' -40) thread, or versions installed in plug-in cage plates. Both the uninstalled alignment disc and the alignment disc installed on the cage plate have a Ø 1.5 mm through-hole in the center, while the threaded alignment disc is engraved with an alignment target. Figures G1.2, G2.2, G5.2, G6.2, and G7.2 show the absorption and emission spectra of our slowly decaying phosphorus material aligned with the disk. Our Ø 1-inch fluorescent cast acrylic material is available in five colors for alignment discs: blue, green, yellow, orange, and red. They have target cue lines or central holes. We also provide orange fluorescent alignment plates for16 mmThe30 mmand60 mmCage system. Their fluorescence spectra are similar to multiple fluorescent groups, making them highly suitable for use with various lasers used in fluorescence imaging.
We also have mid infrared LCD alignment discs that can be installed on snap in cages with Ø 10.0 mm effective area, as well as SM1 threaded alignment discs with Ø 20.0 mm effective area.
