These 30mm cage cubes are similar to cage cubes with optical components, used to install 1-inch or 25mm prisms and cubes into a 30mm cage system. We also offer adapters for 5mm, 10mm, 12.7mm, or 20mm beam splitting cubes. In addition, the version with a Ø 1/2 inch rotating mount can manipulate polarizing optical components, such as Ø 1/2 inch waveplates. The Ø 1/2 inch rotating mounting base compatible with cubes can also be purchased separately. The small cage cube sold here does not contain optical components.

Three 1.5 mm hex screws on the pressure plate can be used to clamp the optical element in the cube (as shown in Figure G1.1), and if necessary, the user can also install any other compatible optical element. The optical components must be aligned flat with the three corners of the base. Do not tighten the tension plate too tightly, otherwise it may damage the optical components.
