Thin film evaporator glass liquid-liquid separation method AYAN-B150 $r $n Thin film evaporation is an efficient liquid-liquid separation method. The thin film evaporator mainly consists of a heating jacket, an internal rotatable scraper, a condenser, and a vacuum system. In a high vacuum state, the feed liquid enters from the upper part of the evaporator and forms a rotating thin film along the inner wall of the evaporator under the action of gravity and rotating scraper. By utilizing the different boiling points between materials, the distillate is discharged from the bottom into the heavy component receiver, and the secondary steam is discharged from the upper part through the condenser into the light component receiver, thus completing the entire separation process.

Operating Procedures for Thin Film Evaporators

1. Installation
The entire trial operation has been carried out before the product leaves the factory. Users can lift the entire equipment onto the equipment foundation and fix it on the floor or steel frame.
The equipment should be leveled as a whole, and the leveling position can refer to the plane on the reducer frame. For larger equipment, in order to increase the stability of the equipment, a horizontal auxiliary bracket can be added at an appropriate position on the upper part of the bottom flange. The auxiliary pivot only limits the radial displacement of the device, not its axial displacement.
2. Preparation before driving
The product has undergone hydrostatic testing and trial operation before leaving the factory, and all indicators meet the requirements of the drawings.
Start the motor and check if the mixing meets the required rotation direction on the drawing. Rotate clockwise in the top view without reversing.
Determine whether the radial swing and axial displacement of the shaft at the mechanical seal meet the requirements of the drawing, and check whether the upper end and cover of the mechanical seal are tightened. The cover should be in a tightened state.
Check the oil level of the gearbox, which should be within the normal range.
3. Normal driving
Firstly, start the circulating cooling water pump to operate the hydraulic jet condenser. Open the concentrated solution container and drain the valve.
Open the feed valve and pump the liquid from the high-level tank into the equipment through vacuum degree.
Connect the power supply, start the motor of the rotating thin film evaporator, and observe whether the direction of rotation of the motor is correct.
Slowly open the steam valve to allow steam to enter the jacket, discharge non condensable gases from the jacket through the bypass valve, and then open the drain valve. Adjust the steam pressure to approximately 0.15 MPa.
Observe the discharge situation from the bottom mirror and strictly prohibit operation when the equipment is filled with liquid.
After the system stabilizes for 5 minutes, sample and analyze the concentration of the concentrated solution, adjust the opening of the feed valve, and make the concentrated solution reach the predetermined required concentration
