The core principle lies in physical separation. The equipment uses ordinary air as raw material, compresses the air to a certain pressure through a compressor, and then passes through a precision filtration system to remove impurities such as oil, water, and dust. Membrane modules are typically composed of tens of thousands of small hollow fiber membranes, with the walls of these polymer membranes filled with nanoscale micropores. What methods can ensure the safe use of nitrogen generators

Therefore, they are widely used in various equipment such as nitrogen protection, nitrogen blowing instruments, atomic absorption, glove boxes, liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, etc.
In the process of using a nitrogen generator, the first step is to understand its basic principles and master relevant knowledge and skills. Secondly, the required equipment manuals and other materials should be prepared. In addition, a good working habit should be developed to ensure its safe use.

1. Before starting the cooling of the liquid oxygen pump, the blow off valve should be opened, and the labyrinth seal should be blown off with normal temperature nitrogen gas for 10-20 minutes. On the one hand, the oxygen should be driven away, and together, the seal should be restored to the normal temperature gap.
2. After turning and determining that there are no problems, start the pump and pay attention to whether the inlet pressure of the pump is stable. If the pressure shakes or the outlet pressure does not rise, cavitation may occur. It is necessary to open the exhaust valve on the upper part of the pump body, continuously cool the liquid oxygen pump, and after the pressure stabilizes, control the sealing gas pressure to be 01005-0101MPa higher than the pressure before sealing.
3. First, introduce the sealing gas and adjust the equipment to the appropriate pressure. Then, open the inlet and outlet valves of the pump to allow liquid oxygen to enter the pump for cooling. At this point, it is necessary for the sealing gas pressure to be about 0105MPa higher than the inlet pressure.
So, how do we maintain their long-term stable work?
1. Check the working condition of the liquid oxygen pump every 2 hours.
2. Check the inlet and outlet pressure and sealing gas pressure of the equipment every hour to see if the flow rate is normal and if there is any gas-liquid leakage. And the temperature of the pump side bearing and motor should be controlled between -25 ℃ and 70 ℃.
3. The inlet valve of the liquid oxygen pump should not be closed during operation, and the sealing gas should not be stopped. Adjustments should be stopped at any time.
Environmental requirements for nitrogen generators
1) Nitrogen generator, severe hypoxia. Therefore, when using a separator, pay attention to the following instructions:
Use in areas with good air flow and ventilation.
When using a nitrogen generator, ensure that the surrounding ventilation is effective.
Regularly check whether there is any leakage in the gas pipeline of the nitrogen generator.
(2) Oxygen enrichment is discharged from the permeation port of the nitrogen separation membrane, and attention should be paid when installing the equipment.
Equipment is prohibited from approaching fire sources or flammable materials
Ensure good ventilation in the surrounding environment during equipment operation.
(3) Cannot be used for purposes that have an impact on human life.
(4) The nitrogen separation membrane is used to obtain rich nitrogen from compressed air and cannot be used for other purposes.
