Precautions for low-temperature constant temperature bath
When using a low-temperature constant temperature bath, a series of precautions must be followed to ensure the safety and normal operation of the equipment. Here are some key points:
1. Selection and addition of liquid media
Before starting to use a low-temperature constant temperature bath, an appropriate liquid medium must be added first. The liquid level of the liquid medium should be about 30mm lower than the worktable, otherwise powering on may damage the heater.
The selection of liquid medium should be determined based on the working temperature:
When the working temperature is between 5-85 ℃, water is generally used as the liquid medium;
When the working temperature is between 85-95 ℃, a 15% glycerol aqueous solution can be used as the liquid medium;
When the working temperature is above 95 ℃, oil is generally used as the liquid medium, and the open cup flash point value of the selected oil should be above 50 ℃ above the working temperature.
2. Power supply and grounding
The low-temperature constant temperature bath needs to be connected to a power supply of 220V AC 50Hz, with a power supply greater than the total power of the instrument, and the power supply must have a good grounding device.
3. Environmental conditions
The instrument should be placed in a dry and ventilated place, and there should be no obstacles within 300mm around the instrument.
4. Safe operation
When the working temperature of the constant temperature bath is high, be careful not to open the cover and do not enter the bath with your hands to prevent burns.
If the working temperature exceeds 100 ℃, for safety reasons, the constant temperature bath is usually set to internal circulation mode. If the customer requests to change to external circulation, special attention should be paid to the firmness of the connection of the outlet pipe to prevent detachment and avoid burns.
5. Daily maintenance
After use, all switches should be turned off and the power should be cut off.
Regular cleaning work should be done to maintain the cleanliness of the workbench and operation panel

The daily maintenance and upkeep of low-temperature constant temperature water tanks are also of concern to many users. Our company has summarized the following points:
1. Before use, liquid medium must be added to the low-temperature constant temperature bath, otherwise the heater will be damaged when powered on. The liquid level of the medium should be about 30mm lower than the worktable.
The selection of liquid medium in the low-temperature constant temperature bath should comply with the following principles:
a. When the working temperature is between 5-85 ℃, water is generally used as the liquid medium;

4. Low temperature constant temperature bath power supply: 220V 50Hz, the power supply power should be greater than the total power of the instrument, and the power supply must have a good "grounding" device.
5. The low-temperature constant temperature bath should be placed in a dry and ventilated area, with no obstacles within 300mm around the instrument. When the working temperature of the low-temperature constant temperature bath is low, attention should be paid not to enter the bath with hands to prevent frostbite. After use, all switches are turned off and the power is cut off.
