(1) The structure and performance of K-WRWD meet the requirements of GB/T2951.322008 (IEC60811-3-2:1985) and GB/T8815-2008 "Flexible Polyvinyl Chloride Plastics for Wire and Cable" standards, replacing the GB/T2951.7-1997 standard. Suitable for conducting thermal stability time and softening temperature tests on flexible polyethylene plastic insulation sheaths used in the cable industry.

(2) The temperature control instrument of this instrument adopts an intelligent instrument with PID self-tuning function, and on this basis, manual optimization is carried out to make the temperature regulation tend to the optimal state. Combined with a magnetic stirring device, the temperature of the working medium in a 1000ml beaker can reach 200 ± 0.5 ℃ uniformly with minimal overshoot. To improve anti-interference ability and meet the requirements of continuous operation under laboratory conditions, a temperature sensor with extremely fast response time is used, and a thermal stability tester is used according to the test standards.
