The plastic rubber low-temperature brittleness temperature tester is easy to operate and has high work efficiency, making it an ideal equipment for low-temperature impact testing.

1、 Main technical parameters

1. Test temperature and time: -70 degrees (normal for over 1 hour). The cooling time is short and does not require water cooling, making it more environmentally friendly.

2. Cooling rate:

0℃~-30℃1.2℃/min

-30℃~-40℃1℃/min

-40℃~-70℃0.7℃/min

Impact velocity: 2m/s ± 0.2m/s

After constant temperature, the temperature fluctuation is less than ± 0.5 ℃, and the temperature control is more accurate.

The distance from the center of the impactor to the lower end of the gripper is 8 ± 0.5mm.

Effective studio space: 160 × 140 × 100mm (length × height × width).

Large external dimensions: 900 × 505 × 950mm (length × height × width).

Power: 1500W

Five samples (GB5470 standard) or one test (GB1682 standard) can be conducted simultaneously.

2、 Structural principle:

1. Lifting gripper

The lifting gripper consists of a cylinder with a gripper and a cylinder seat.

The distance from the impacted part of the specimen to the lower end of the gripper is 8.0 ± 0.3mm.

2 Impact devices

The impact device consists of an impactor and an impact cylinder.

The weight of the impactor is 200 ± 20g, and its working stroke is 40 ± 1mm. In the reset state of the impact cylinder, the distance from the end of the impactor to the specimen is 25 ± 1mm.

4 Freezing medium: Industrial ethanol

3、 Installation

1. During the handling and installation of this equipment, severe vibration is strictly prohibited, and the inclination should not exceed 45 °;

2. The equipment should be placed at a distance of 0.5 meters from the wall for a long time, and good ventilation is required to avoid direct sunlight exposure;

3. Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the equipment to ensure that all components are intact and undamaged;

4. Connect to an AC220V, 50Hz power supply and ensure that the grid voltage is between 220V and 240V. It is recommended to configure a 5kW AC voltage regulator;

Note: Some models have 16A plugs and require air conditioning sockets;

5. Before use, please open the side mesh cover and observe the working condition of the compressor while pressing the "cooling" switch;

The correct job should be: after pressing the "cooling" switch, the upper compressor will start immediately (touching the compressor with your hand can feel vibration), and about 15 minutes later, the lower compressor will start.
