Overview

The impact sensitivity meter is used to test the sensitivity of solid substances (including paste and gel) to impact, and determine whether the substance is too dangerous to be transported in its tested state. Testing also provides data for selecting hazard warning signs and hazard warning language related to new and existing products. Testing also provides valuable information for safe handling of processed materials. This test complies with the requirements of the United Nations Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods - Manual of Tests and Criteria and GB/T21567 Test Methods for Impact Sensitivity of Dangerous Goods and Explosives.

Instrument features:

The remote control can remotely control the electromagnetic release device, which can freely release the hammer without obstruction. When installing the electromagnetic release device, simply place it on the guide rail from the top of the instrument and it can be released freely from a specified height. The operator can quickly and safely replace the hammer through the replacement window. When the replacement window is not closed correctly, the electromagnetic release device cannot be activated. The operation for replacing the hammer is the same, remove the old hammer first. The buckle consists of an anchor and a nail. If the anchor is loosened, the buckle will be activated, and the hammer will not be able to descend. After automatically impacting the sample, the buckle is activated, so the hammer stays in the guide rail and will not affect the progress of the test due to continuous descent. After the sample is loaded, gently press the steel cylinder to the bottom with your fingers. Do not apply force as it may cause an explosion. When the hammer is released, the operator must be in a completely safe place and take corresponding protective measures. Used guide rings and steel cylinders must be immediately placed in containers containing water, except for samples that may react or even explode when in contact with water. Do not use a cloth with high friction to clean the instrument, to avoid residual samples from exploding due to friction. Regularly check whether the concrete test bench is stable and whether there are cracks. regular inspectionImpact sensitivity meterAre all the fixing screws loose.

Technical parameters:

1. Impact energy range: 0.5-100J, with an accuracy of ± 1J;

2. Impact load: 0.5kg, 1kg, 2kg, 5kg, 10kg, applicable within the range of falling height;

3. Height range: 0-1000mm. The hammer release adopts an electromagnetic release device, which can achieve resistance free release and ensure reliable detection results;

According to BAM standards, steel cylinders and guide rings made using vacuum quenching technology are stable and durable;

5. Depth gauge: Specially designed for testing the impact sensitivity of liquid samples, it can prevent liquid samples from overflowing;

6. Two stainless steel guide rails with a verticality of ≤ 1mm/m, embedded with low friction coefficient alloy, to minimize the friction caused by the falling hammer, reduce energy loss, and simulate free fall;

7. The material of the hammer is made according to German Industrial Standard 1700, and the suspension pin head and impact head are processed as a whole to improve the service life of the hammer;

8. The impact components are made of seamless steel to ensure measurement accuracy;

9. Sample filling component, which can simultaneously load friction load and impact energy on the sample, is suitable for testing substances that are sensitive to both friction and impact, simulating the excitation data of the sample under real production conditions, and the test results are more representative;

10. The impact head is made of German special quenched steel material, which is sturdy and precise, with a hardness of up to 60-63 Rockwell, and can be replaced;

11. The test chamber consists of a wooden protective box with an armored bulletproof glass observation window, which is equipped with ventilation openings to promptly discharge gas products;

12. Cylindrical measuring instruments: 5mm3, 10mm3, and 40mm3, made of stainless steel and calibrated by BAM;

13. Power supply: 110v/60 Hz or 220V/50 Hz, power: 600W.
