Overview

The SBL-16 electrostatic spark sensitivity tester can release electric shock into trace samples of energetic materials, and the reaction of the tested sample can be determined by observing, detecting sample residues, or using a gas analyzer to detect decomposition components. The experimental data is used to evaluate the sensitivity of energetic materials to electrostatic sparks, which can be generated by changing the voltage or current to produce electrostatic sparks with different energies and discharge times between 10us-1ms.

The data results can also be used to determine the safety critical parameters of the tested substance. The current standards in the industry focus on determining whether energetic materials can be safely operated and processed in experimentation, development, and production. The amplification ratio program for materials that are potentially sensitive to electric shock generally requires testing to evaluate the spark energy required for material detonation. The sensitivity measured is compared with the energy voltage during the production process to determine if it exceeds the safety limit. The electrostatic spark sensitivity test is very effective in providing such information.

12. Support remote control device ignition, instrument end delayed ignition, and remote control host selection of test conditions to ensure the safety of test personnel;

13. Double interlock protection, when the door is not closed, the high-voltage system power supply fails; After the door is closed, the high-voltage system is activated, allowing spark gap discharge;

14. Compressed air drive device: The air source pressure is 3 bar, which drives the opening and disconnection of the high-pressure system. The pneumatic valve controls the electrode to move and reset quickly, which can reduce the energy loss of the discharge circuit and ensure the safety of the operator's test.
