Testing process:
The sample to be tested should first undergo explosion temperature prediction. The sample tube should be inserted into the heating module and heated at a rate of 3 or 5C/min until the sample explodes. The temperature at the time of explosion can be recorded using three to five samples for testing. The host contains two independent temperature controllers for over temperature protection and temperature control. Once the heating temperature unexpectedly exceeds the set value, the independent over temperature protector will cut off the heating and emit a buzzing sound.
Control the temperature of the heating module at a certain point 40-50 degrees above the explosion temperature, and keep it constant within a temperature difference range of 1 degree. Record this temperature. Insert the sample tube into the heating module and start recording time until ignition or other reactions are observed. Stop recording time. Repeat the experiment at least 5 times at the same temperature and take the average.
Software automatic processing of 5-second delay function: Real time monitoring of sample temperature trend, selecting at least 4-5 temperature points for testing before and after the 5-second delay period, i.e. between 2-10s. Calculate the average time corresponding to each temperature point using arithmetic mean, and draw temperature and temperature difference curves. Find the temperature corresponding to the 5-second delay period on the curve, evaluate, process, archive, and export the experimental results.

9. Reference thermocouple, record temperature baseline, used for accurate calculation of explosion temperature, with an accuracy of ± 0.001 ℃;
