Testing principle:
The compact seat hole heating module is equipped with two stainless steel seat holes, one for placing the test sample and the other for filling inert reference materials, ensuring long-term stability with its excellent corrosion resistance. Both the sample tube and the reference tube are equipped with lids with excellent thermal insulation performance, effectively preventing the loss of heat inside the seat hole and isolating potential interference from the external environment on the test results. The thermocouple temperature sensor is precisely encapsulated in a capillary protective sleeve, directly penetrating into the interior of the sample. This innovative design ensures real-time and accurate capture of sample temperature changes, greatly improving the accuracy and reliability of test data. The instrument with overheat protection function is equipped with a dual temperature control system: one system focuses on precise temperature control of the heating furnace, and the other system is responsible for overtemperature warning. Once the temperature of the heating module rises abnormally and exceeds the preset safety threshold, the alarm mechanism is immediately triggered and the heating source is automatically cut off to ensure experimental safety. Equipped with stainless steel water filled isothermal jacket, it can automatically cool the heating module after the test is completed, preparing quickly for the next test; The temperature sensor accurately captures temperature changes.
