Overview

Friction sensitivity tester is used to test the sensitivity of solid substances (including paste and gel) to friction, and determine whether the substance is too dangerous to be transported according to the testing state. Testing also provides data for selecting hazard warning signs and hazard warning language related to new and existing products. Testing also provides valuable information for safe handling of processed materials. This test complies with the requirements of the United Nations Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods - Manual of Tests and Criteria and GB/T21566 Test Methods for Friction Sensitivity of Dangerous Goods and Explosives.

Instrument features:

The instrument adopts a split design, with the experimental part and control part separated, and touch screen control to improve the safety performance of the equipment. The friction and load device is made of stainless steel material, which has good anti-corrosion performance. The roughness of industrial white porcelain board is 9-32 μ m, and the pattern is transverse to the direction of motion. A high-precision mobile control unit, driven by a CNC stepper motor with a speed of 20-300rpm, can achieve precise control of the speed of the porcelain plate and precise positioning of the moving position. Adjust the balance weight, unscrew the fine adjustment balance weight, and install the balance weight. Move the balance weight along the axis until it reaches basic equilibrium. Use an M5 hex wrench to tighten the fixing screws on the balance weight. Install the fine adjustment balance weights and tighten these two weights when they are level. Ensure that all screws are tightened. The replaceable load-bearing arm can be completely replaced with a lightweight load-bearing arm, which can test both high-energy insensitive explosives and sensitive detonating explosives.

The front transparent safety barrier, with a base equipped with an exhaust system, can discharge explosive gases or dust. When filling the sample, the safety protection screen must be closed, and the experimenter fills the sample through the protective screen. The emergency stop button can be used for one click emergency stop, and in case of unexpected situations, the power can be directly cut off to ensure the safety of the test personnel.
