Usage

1. Connect the device: Insert the probe interface into the TekVPI slot of the oscilloscope, and the instrument will automatically recognize and configure the current unit without the need for manual conversion.

2. Range selection: Select 5A for low current and 30A for ≤ 30A current to prevent overload damage to the probe.

3. Calibration zeroing: Before measurement, press the "demagnetization+zeroing" button to eliminate internal residual magnetism and zero offset, ensuring accurate data.

4. Measurement operation: Open the clamp, clamp a single measured wire (with unidirectional power), close the clamp, and then view the current waveform on the oscilloscope.

5. Safety precautions: Do not exceed 30A continuous current, 50A peak current; Cut off the power first when measuring high voltage; Avoid getting multiple wires stuck at the same time to prevent magnetic field cancellation.
