The Xactum intelligent laser caliper can be placed on a workbench and operated as a caliper, quickly and accurately measuring diameters. You can use this "Table Gauge" mechanism combination to obtain accurate measurements of workpiece diameter, roundness, and concentricity after grinding or lathe machining in a small amount of time. Prior to this, obtaining these precise data requires the use of many expensive instruments and equipment by professional technicians in the laboratory.

Aeroel functional features
·The scanning motor uses liquid state bearing (FDB) technology, which eliminates the wear problem of ball bearings and improves the functionality of the scanning motor.
·NO-VAR optional software can automatically compensate for the expansion problem caused by temperature changes in the material of the tested object when the ambient temperature changes.
Users only need to edit and input the specific thermal expansion coefficient of the tested object.

Measurement type
The caliper can measure the diameter D value of the object being measured and the measurement area
The distance C value from the centerline to the center point of the measured object.
The tested object can be opaque or transparent.
Measurement time (or measurement frequency) can be programmed to set the average number of scans to achieve the required repeatability accuracy and resolution.
Measurement mode
Free running diameter measurement method:
By placing the tested workpiece onto the fixture, continuous readings of the diameter value can be displayed on the monitor.
Select Auto sync mode:
After placing the tested workpiece in the measuring position, the diameter value will be displayed when the caliper receives this command and calculates the measurement.
The measurement data on the monitor screen will remain frozen until the measured workpiece is removed.
On command measurement method: In this measurement method, the average diameter value, maximum value, minimum value, and deviation value=maximum value - minimum value can be obtained. The Start/Stop measurement method command control can be performed remotely (via Ethernet/RS232) or by pressing and holding the SET button on the display, or through digital input connection. The Start/Stop measurement method can also be executed through the optional foot switch, allowing both hands to easily control the measurement of the workpiece.
Single diamond mirror scanning: In all measurement modes, it is possible to use only a single diamond mirror to remove the edge jitter of the scanning plane; When this function is activated, the scanning frequency automatically decreases to 125 Hz.
