The MILS (Marposs Intelligent Laser Scan) series of laser calipers represents a new technological development in laser scanning for diameter measurement, with record breaking performance. The laser caliper is equipped with built-in measurement software and high-performance program electronic chips, which can be used independently. It is an intelligent outer diameter measuring instrument.
MILS sensorIt can be directly connected to PC, PLC or NC through standard Ethernet, RS232 or RS484 transmission interfaces. Any electronic device can be paired with the aforementioned interface to easily and quickly obtain accurate diameter measurement data of the measured object; Users can input measurement method data and perform any specific measurement task in their specific program.

Electronic linearization technology: All errors caused by optical aberrations have been compensated for with dedicated software for 'error mapping' on each caliper.
