◆The TJYS series mobile lifting and feeding machine consists of two parts, namely the lifting machine and the handling trolley. The hoist consists of a frame, a hydraulic lifting system, and a material door flipping mechanism. When working, first fasten the material door of the elevator and the material bucket, and move them together to the desired position. Start the lifting operation lever, and the material door and the material bucket will rise together. Start the flipping operation lever, and the material bucket can be flipped 180 degrees, with the bottom of the bucket facing upwards. By using the discharge butterfly valve of the material door, it is easy to add materials to the required process equipment.
The TJYS series features a lifting rack column that can be freely extended and retracted, solving the contradiction between the requirement for a higher lifting height for material handling in various functional rooms and the need for a higher lifting height. This allows for a higher lifting height without hindering the normal height of doors for free access to various functional rooms.
