Overview

This equipment consists of a kettle body, kettle cover, jacket, mixer, transmission device, shaft seal device, support, etc. The kettle body and components in contact with the materials inside the kettle are made of OCr18Ni9 or 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless acid resistant steel plate, which meets GMP standards. Design, production, and acceptance shall refer to the technical conditions and requirements of GB150-89 "Steel Pressure Vessels". Suitable for electric heating or steam heating.

Due to differences in production processes and operating conditions among users, jacket heating types are divided into electric heating rod heating, steam heating, and thermal oil circulation heating. Shaft sealing devices are divided into packing seals and mechanical seals, and mixing types include anchor type, slurry type, pot wheel type, push type, or frame type. The number of openings, specifications, or other requirements can be designed and manufactured according to user requirements.
