This furnace is a universal hot air device that is used in conjunction with drying equipment for various materials. Widely used for heating and dehumidifying agricultural products such as grains, seeds, feed, fruits, dehydrated vegetables, shiitake mushrooms, fungus, Tremella fuciformis, tea, tobacco leaves, food, pharmaceuticals, chemical raw materials, and light and heavy industrial products. It can also be used for heating various facilities and dehumidifying warehouses.
This furnace integrates combustion and heat exchange, using indirect heating technology for heat exchange at the high-temperature parts of the furnace body. Smoke and air flow separately, with high thermal efficiency (up to 60-75%), fast heating, small size, easy installation, reliable use, and low price.

Note:
The environmental benchmark temperature standard is 18 ± 2 ℃, and the calorific value of coal is calculated at 5500kcal/kg.
The hot air temperature in the table is determined based on the output air volume. The hot air temperature of JRF4 type hot air stove can reach over 200 ℃, while JRF5 and JRF6 type hot air temperature can reach over 300 ℃ (special manufacturing can reach over 500 ℃). Users can adjust it according to their needs.
The height of the smoke window configuration for the hot blast stove is 3 to 5 meters for JRF4 type, and 5 to 8 meters for JRF5 and JRF6 types.
The refractory layer on the inner wall of the lower part of the furnace starts from the grate and has a height of 0.5 meters for JRF4-4 type, which can be installed on site.
● Optional chain grate combustion device.
characteristics
High temperature resistant tubular measures have been taken, which greatly extends its lifespan compared to ordinary hot blast stoves. Longitudinal flushing of heat sinks and negative pressure exhaust methods have been adopted, and the heat exchange area does not accumulate dust and does not need to be cleaned, resulting in stable thermal performance. Various types of coal or wood can be used as fuel, and equipped with a secondary air inlet device for complete combustion.
