The TDTG series bucket elevator is a lifting equipment designed for domestic use. It uses a hopper on a circular conveyor belt to excavate materials from the bottom to the top and unload them vertically by gravity.
The elevator is composed of a lower seat, a lifting pipe, an upper seat, an upper cover, a reducer, a transmission wheel, upper and lower flat wheels, flat tape, and a dustbin.
The main shaft sprocket, flat tape, and hopper are driven by the gear reducer sprocket to excavate the materials inside the lower seat into the hopper. The belt, hopper, and materials are lifted to the upper end by the pulley and unloaded into the required next process by gravity.
