Alcohol wastewater treatment process (cassava raw material)
The main treatment method for cassava alcohol waste mash is the whole grain fermentation process, which maximizes the conversion into biomass energy. Firstly, the waste liquid from the workshop enters the sedimentation channel to remove large mechanical impurities, and the deposited sand and stones are regularly cleaned manually; Then it enters the sludge regulating tank, and is transported by a centrifugal pump through a spiral plate heat exchanger for heat exchange and cooling. It enters a fully mixed anaerobic reactor for anaerobic fermentation (fermentation temperature around 58 ℃), relying on the action of high-temperature anaerobic microorganisms to degrade organic matter into CH4 and CO2. After treatment in the fully mixed anaerobic reactor, the digested liquid enters the sludge concentration tank, and the concentrated sludge enters the sludge tank. It is pumped to a belt type concentration filter press for concentration and dehydration treatment, and the sludge cake is transported to the sludge yard by a belt conveyor; The filtrate enters the air flotation machine to further remove SS from the wastewater, and then is transported to the UASB reactor by a sewage pump to mix with the anaerobic sludge in the lower sludge bed layer. By relying on the action of mesophilic anaerobic microorganisms, organic matter is further degraded into CH4 and CO2, thereby purifying the water quality. The upper part of UASB is equipped with a three-phase separator. Wastewater, biogas, and sludge flow up to the three-phase separator to complete solid, liquid, and gas separation, and the biogas is sent out to the gas holder and biogas utilization system; The sludge flows back to the lower sludge bed layer, and the effluent enters the SBR treatment unit. After anaerobic and aerobic treatment, alcohol wastewater can meet the prescribed discharge standards.
