Brief Introduction of Corn Grinding Technology

Corn raw materials are discharged from the bottom of the silo through an electric valve and transported to the crushing workshop by a conveyor. They are then transported to a bucket measuring scale by a bucket elevator, and then enter a flat screen and a stone removal machine to remove impurities from the corn. After cleaning, the corn enters a buffer bin and is evenly fed to the crusher by an iron removal variable frequency feeder. The corn is hit by a high-speed hammer in the crusher, and the qualified powder enters the negative pressure bin. The system dust is sucked into the bag filter for dust removal by a fan, and the recovered dust returns to the negative pressure bin. Clean air is discharged outdoors. In addition, the negative pressure bin is equipped with a loading position detection alarm, and the fan is installed with a muffler. The entire system operates under micro negative pressure, with low power consumption and no dust overflow in the working environment. The crushed powder is transported to the mixing system through a screw conveyor at the bottom of the negative pressure bin. The mixing system is computer-controlled and can achieve automatic control of the material to water ratio.
