2. Rough grinding: Grind the selected stone material roughly. In modern craftsmanship, the rough grinding process is usually completed on a gantry precision planer to save labor. The precision of the platform surface after precision cleaning on the Longmen precision planer should be controlled within 20 microns per square meter.

3. Fine grinding: Place the stone in a constant temperature workshop at 20 ± 2 ℃ for more than 48 hours, and then grind it. During the grinding process, grinding sand and water need to be used in conjunction. The grade of the grinding sand needs to be replaced with different grades according to the platform accuracy to ensure the grinding accuracy.

4. Deep processing: After the platform accuracy meets the requirements, deep processing is carried out according to the design drawings, such as punching, slotting, etc. When drilling holes, it is necessary to ensure that the position and size of the holes meet the design requirements, and the debris inside the holes needs to be cleaned up.

5. Cleaning: After deep processing, clean and wash the marble platform components. During the cleaning process, diesel mixed with gasoline can be used as a cleaning solution, and then dried with compressed air.

6. Polishing: Polish the non working surface to make the surface of the marble platform smooth and the roughness value of the plane small.

7. Assembly and inspection: Before assembly, granite mechanical components and parts need to be cleaned and washed. When assembling, check whether the joint surface is flat and free of deformation, and whether the contact between the joint surfaces is tight and flat. The fitting dimensions of matching parts should be accurate, and the fitting dimensions should be rechecked or sampled during assembly to ensure that the accuracy meets the requirements.
