Method 1: "Three Block Mutual Study" Method (Traditional Classic)
This is currently a commonly used, economical, and precision controlled maintenance method, suitable for cast iron grinding plates.
The operation steps are as follows:
1. Preparation stage
Prepare three grinding plates of the same material and specifications, numbered A, B, and C, clean them thoroughly and remove burrs and oil stains.
2. Rough grinding stage
Use coarse sand (such as W20W14) for pairwise grinding, in the following order:

3. Precision research stage

4. Verification phase

Method 2: Reference Plate Grinding Scraping Method
Suitable for repairing a single tablet, but requires a larger standard tablet with higher precision.
Operation process:
1. Compare the color of the repaired flat plate with the reference flat plate and observe the contact spots;
2. Use a shovel to manually scrape the high points and gradually increase the contact rate;
3. Repeat the research → scraping → inspection until the contact spots are evenly distributed (≥ 20 points within 25 × 25mm);
4. Finally, lightly grind and polish with fine sand and kerosene to eliminate burrs.
