The following is an introduction from three aspects: accuracy standards, environmental requirements, and installation processes:
1、 Installation accuracy standard
The installation accuracy of the marble detection base plate rack needs to meet specific standards to ensure its stability as a reference surface. Its core parameters include:
Flatness: The flatness error of high-precision marble base can be controlled within a very small range. For example, the flatness error of a 00 level precision marble base within a 1 square meter range can reach about 0.005mm (i.e. 5 μ m). For larger platforms, such as 1000 × 1000mm, the overall flatness error usually does not exceed 7 μ m (level 0 accuracy).
Hole accuracy: The hole accuracy on the rack is crucial for installing guide rails or other equipment. The general hole accuracy tolerance can be controlled within 0.1mm, while for key parts such as locating pin holes, the accuracy requirements are higher, up to ± 0.05mm or even stricter.
Straightness: The straightness of the rack affects the operational accuracy of the guide rail module. The straightness of the high-precision rack can reach 1 μ m, ensuring the linear motion accuracy of the guide rail module.
Overlapping accuracy: The overlapping accuracy between the marble base and the guide rail module is mainly reflected in the assembly accuracy and operational accuracy. Through high-precision machining and assembly processes, the flatness of the installation surface of the guide rail module can be adjusted to within 2 μ m, and the repeated positioning accuracy and straightness can be maintained at the micrometer level during actual operation.
2、 Installation environment requirements
To ensure the installation accuracy of the marble detection base plate rack, it is necessary to strictly control the installation environment:
Temperature: The temperature in the installation workshop should be controlled at 20 ± 2 ℃ (some high-precision requirements require 20 ± 1 ℃) to reduce the impact of thermal deformation on accuracy.
Humidity: The relative humidity should be maintained between 40% and 60% to avoid the expansion of marble due to water absorption caused by humid environments.
Cleanliness: The installation workshop should be kept dust-free and vibration free to prevent dust and vibration from affecting processing and measurement accuracy.
3、 Key points of installation process

Basic preparation: The ground needs to be calibrated with a level to ensure no tilt. The position and size of the embedded parts must meet the design requirements.
Stone slab splicing: The marble platform is made up of multiple stone slabs spliced together, and the splicing gaps need to be treated with special fillers to ensure a smooth surface of the platform.
Horizontal calibration: Use a precision level to perform multi-point calibration on the platform and record the horizontal data of each point. According to the measurement data, install adjustment shims at appropriate positions below the platform to make minor adjustments to the platform.
Fixed bracket installation: Install fixed brackets around the platform and fix them to the ground with bolts or welding. Check the stability of the fixed bracket to ensure that the platform does not shake during use.
Protective measures: Cover the platform surface with a protective film to prevent scratches or contamination.
