The BioFX TMB HRP microplate substrate provides stable kinetic parameters for the application of horseradish peroxidase micropores. The characteristics of this type of substrate include: different substrates can be selected according to the detection level, and each substrate can provide stable and uniform results; Non toxic and harmless, without inert reagents; Zhuoyue's sensitivity can be maintained for a very long time; From colorless to blue.
BioFX PNPS is the only alkaline phosphatase pNPP chromogenic substrate suitable for microplates (patent number: 7001717). Containing phosphate p-nitrophenyl phenol (pNPP), a single component, ready to use form, the unreacted substrate appears colorless to light yellow, and after reacting with phosphatase, it turns yellow. Not recommended for products that require precipitation reactions such as membranes or IHC.
Comparing the BioFX AP Yellow single component microplate pNPP substrate with regular pNPP single component liquid, the results showed that the BioFX substrate had a high signal-to-noise ratio every day after storage at 37 ℃ for 0, 2, 4, 8, 15, and 30 days (see Figure 1).
BioFX BCIP/NBT substrates are available in two formulations, blue and purple, for membrane based detection of alkaline phosphatase. Single component, ready to use type. Insoluble, reacts with alkaline phosphatase to form blue color (see Figure 2).
