Surmodics provides membrane based HRP and AP formulations, offering a "one-stop service" for various applications, including the development of real-time technology, dot blotting, protein blotting, ELISpots, and more.

HRP substrate
Improve sensitivity.
Surmodics TMB enhanced HRP membrane substrate (ESPM) provides an extended dynamic range and reduces flushing at high peroxidase concentrations. ESPM exhibits similar sensitivity to most medium to high levels of chemiluminescence substrates without the need for expensive detection equipment.
Prepare dot blot using HRP conjugated antibody diluted continuously at 1:3 starting at 1000 pg/well, incubate the conjugate, and then wash.
Place the membrane in the matrix, incubate and read.

Stability and performance
The TMB single component HRP membrane substrate (TMBM) staining pattern provides a deep blue precipitate with low background to increase the signal-to-noise ratio in protein blotting, spot blotting, and linear assays.
Incubate the substrate at 4 ℃, 25 ℃, and 37 ℃ for 13 months. Subsequently, the performance of the substrate sample was tested using dot blot analysis. Prepare dot blot using HRP conjugated antibody diluted continuously at a ratio of 1:2 starting at 500mg/well, incubate the conjugate, and then wash.
Place the membrane in the matrix, incubate and read.
