Immunoassay stabilizer

Surmodics immunoassay stabilizers have been certified by ISO 13485:2003 and ISO 9001:2008, which can maintain the activity and conformation of antibodies and biomolecules adsorbed or fixed on solid surfaces, while reducing non-specific binding of interfering proteins. Enzyme conjugate stabilizer

StabilZyme enzyme conjugate stabilizer is specifically designed to stabilize protein conjugates, preserve the three-dimensional structure of proteins, maintain the folding state of polypeptide chains, and maintain the stability of enzyme conjugates at working concentrations. It can provide the following six products.

StabilZyme AP and StabilZyme protein free AP stabilizers are recommended for AP conjugates, StabilZyme HRP, StabilZyme protein free, and StabilZyme NOBLE are recommended for HRP conjugates, and StabilZyme SELECT stabilizer is a universal protein stabilizer that can be used for HRP conjugates, standards, and controls.

Microarray stabilizer

Microarray stabilizers can protect proteins bound to microspheres/microparticles in solution and proteins on microarrays in dry state. They can also be used as sealing agents and diluents to enhance signals, reduce background interference, and improve sensitivity. Microarray stabilizers can also prevent microsphere aggregation, keeping microspheres in a monodisperse state after long-term storage.
