Overview
StabilCoat Plus and StabilGuard Chioce (BSA free) microarray stabilizers can protect proteins bound to microspheres/microparticles in solution and proteins on microarrays in dry state. They can also be used as sealants and diluents to enhance signal strength, reduce background interference, and increase sensitivity. The $r $n microarray stabilizer can prevent microsphere aggregation and maintain the monodisperse state of microspheres stored for a long time. Note: StabilCoat Plus cannot be used for proteins that are not covalently bound to microspheres.

Use rabbit polyclonal IgG antibodies covalently bound to polystyrene microspheres to verify the stabilizing effect of StabilCoat Plus stabilizer. After being stored at 45 ℃ for 79 days, the activity of the antibody still remained at 96%.
Monoclonal antibodies IFNg (100 and 300 µ g/mL) were arranged on the binding surface of microarray proteins, and antigens containing recombinant human IFNg (25 ng/mL) were incubated on microarray plates using StabilCoat Plus stabilizer or control buffer. Then, biotinylated antibodies and streptavidin Cy5 were added separately, and the results showed that StabilCoat Plus stabilizer significantly improved signal intensity (see Figure 1).
Using rabbit polyclonal IgG antibodies covalently bound to polystyrene microspheres, the antibody coated microspheres were stored in StabilGuard Choice stabilizer or control buffer at 45 ° C. After 79 days, the antibody in StabilGuard Choice stabilizer still had activity greater than 96% (see Figure 2).
