1、 Slot width and slot spacing

Standard slot width: Common slot widths are 18mm, 22mm, 30mm, 36mm, etc., which need to be selected according to the diameter of the fixing bolt.

The golden formula: slot width=bolt diameter+4-6mm (such as selecting a 22mm slot for M16 bolts and a 30mm slot for M24 bolts).

Error requirements: The groove width tolerance should be ≤± 0.5mm, and the 15 ° chamfer of the groove should be complete to avoid scratching the bolt head.
